Issue
An RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Account Data Collector (ADC) fails with the following Admin Error:

The aveksaServer.log may also be downloaded from the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface (Admin > System > Server Nodes tab > under Logs.)
 
Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-58258.

This issue occurs when a user has been mapped to an account that is subsequently deleted and re-collected.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels: 
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.0 P01
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.1
