Issue
In RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle, group and role reviews do not have an option to edit the display buttons of the Review and Remove buttons.  

In the following examples, note the States available for a group review (Reviews > Definitions > Group review with default options > Edit Definition > States tab) and a role review (Reviews > Definitions > Role review with default options > Edit Definition > States tab.)

Resolution
Starting in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03 and 7.2, the product has been enhanced to include the ability to edit all the review buttons on group and role reviews.
