Cisco ISE - Sponsored Guest Portal Configuration - RSA Ready Implementation Guide
Last Modified: 2026-10-05
The Sponsored Guest Portal allows guest users to access the network using credentials that have been created and managed by a sponsor. By configuring RSA Cloud Access Service (CAS) as the authentication provider, guest users can authenticate through RSA before accessing the Sponsored Guest Portal.
Procedure
- Navigate to Work Centers > Guest Access > Portals & Components.
- In the left pane, click Guest Portals > Sponsored Guest Portal.
- Under Portal Behavior and Flow Settings, expand Portal Settings.
- In the Authentication method drop-down list, choose the RSA External Identity Source that was created earlier.
Note: A new Identity Source Entity should be created separately, specifically for the Sponsored Guest Portal.
