Issue
When adding entitlements and/or new members to a role in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle User Interface (Roles > Roles > [name of role]  Entitlements/Members tab > Add Entitlements/Add Members), the ability to choose Suggested Entitlements/Members is a configurable option.

Resolution
In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle User Interface, under Roles > Configuration > Role Options, edit and toggle Suppress suggestions during role editing, depending on whether or not you want the Suggested Entitlements/Members option enabled or disabled.

If you want both All Entitlements/Members and Suggested Entitlements/Members as available options, when editing roles, uncheck the setting for Suppress suggestions during role editing, as shown above and click OK. This will allow you to view Suggested Entitlements/Members.

If you want both All Entitlements/Members as the only available option when editing roles, check the setting for Suppress suggestions during role editing and click OK. This will restrict users to seeing All Entitlements/Members only when editing roles.
