Issue
Custom user attributes in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (Admin > Attributes > User tab) are not available for selection under the table options of the Account tab under both Directories and Applications (Resources > Directories/Applications > {Directory/Application Name} > Accounts tab).

In the example below, custom user attribute Attribute 1 has been created and does not show under the table options of any resource Accounts tab.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-88462.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P13
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P07
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P01
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0
