RSA Version/Condition: 7.0.1, 7.0.2
Platform: WildFly Cluster

Issue
After patching 7.0.1 or 7.0.2 the following error occurs when trying to open the Workflow Architect in order to edit workflows.

EJBCLIENT000025: No EJB receiver available for handling [appName:aveksa, moduleName:wpServer, distinctName:] combination for invocation context org.jboss.ejb.client.EJBClientInvocationContext@a5a2d6e We have a clustered enterprise environment.
Cause
The WFArchitect.ear was not properly deployed after applying a patch. In this case, one of the cluster nodes was down when the patch was applied.
Resolution
Redeploy the WFArchitect.ear as per the patch instructions on page 4 of the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.2 Solution Integration Guide --- Configuring WildFly Clustering.

NOTE:  Make sure all cluster nodes are started, undeploy the WFArchitect.ear, redeploy the ear, shutdown the host controllers, restart the domain controller and restart each host controller.
