Edit an Identity Attribute Definition
Identity attribute definitions are custom user attributes. When you add them to your deployment and map them to external identity sources, the Security Console can retrieve identity attribute values from an external identity source. For more information, see Edit Identity Source Attribute Mappings.
Procedure
In the Security Console, click Identity > Identity Attribute Definitions > Manage Existing.
Click the identity attribute definition that you want to edit, and select Edit, from the context menu.
Make any necessary changes to the identity attribute definition.
Note: Your administrative permissions determine whether you can specify attributes for a user. On the Add New User and Edit Users pages, you can only enter values for attributes that your role permits you to edit, even if the attribute is required.
Click Save.
