Email Notifications are not using Default Email Account in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 6.x and 7.0

Issue
When you create a review, all reviewers, monitors receive the email from account 'notifications@aveksa.com' instead from 'abc@company-name.com'.
System does not send review email notifications from the address that you have defined as 'Default Email Account'.
Resolution
This applies to the default email templates for below (all) event types:
- Admin Errors
- Attribute Sync
- Backup
- Reviews
- Password Management
- Rules
- Report
- Register User
- System
You can also create new Email Templates with desired email address in ‘From’ section, however, that template is specified per event.
The email address defined in 'Default Email Account' will be used only in cases such as using ‘Send Email’ within the review (Review --> Review Items --> Send Email), for example, as shown below.
