Entitlement from a deleted account is still seen in the User Access tab in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
After deleting an account collector, accounts are correctly deleted from RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle but the entitlements to those accounts still show on the User Access tab.
 

Example

  1. User has access to account KM15PU and an entitlement called Entitlement1, which belongs to account KM15PU.

  1. After the account collector which collected account KM15PU is deleted, account KM15PU no longer exists for that application.

  1. Note the User Access tab still shows as having access to the entitlement from the deleted account.

Cause
This is a known defect reported in engineering ticket ACM-94854.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1.
