Issue
The following error appears when downloading Authentication Manager files (tokens, licenses, full software kits) from my.rsa.com:
Our records indicate you do not meet compliance requirements for the application. Please contact RSA Customer Asset Management via this form
Cause
The site was recently flagged by the RSA Trade Compliance team as not being within compliance requirements for the myRSA application.
Resolution
To gain access to your files,
- Open a new support case through the RSA Community portal, making sure to create a case for our Customer Asset Management (CAM) team.
- When creating the case, choose Technical Support as the category and CAM as the product set.
Once received the correct team will review your information for compliance and update our records as needed. If you are found to be compliant, you will then be able to download your files.
