Issue
In RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle you have approval and/or fulfillment workflows that group changes by category under the Process Properties of the workflow as in the below example:

After upgrading RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle from 7.0.2 to 7.1.1, the grouping by category is working inconsistently. Sometimes entitlements inn change requests are mapped to the incorrect category.

 
Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-100648.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03.
