Handling license issues for RSA Web Threat Detection on RSA Link

Issue
RSA Sales has verified that their license is in good standing.
Resolution
- Contact RSA Customer Support and report the issue.
- The Customer should provide a serial number they were issued.
- Customer Support will look in the system to determine if it is displaying an expired license.
- Customer Support will then contact the customer's Sales Representative, as the solution is going to reside with Sales correcting the data internally to reflect a valid license.
