How to assign Un-assigned items from a review result in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle

Issue
After running a review, when you open a review result, you observe several un-assigned review items displayed under the 'Unassigned Items'  tab, as shown below:

We would like to re-assign these items however we don't see any way to perform this action.

If the review is in 'Hold' status, you will not see the action buttons 'Reasssign' and 'Bulk Action'. S
