Issue
If you are evaluating of testing the RSA Via Access solution you might have the need to test step-up authentication. RSA Via Access 1.0 does not allow enrolling more than one mobile device per user, and a mobile device can only be assigned to one user.
Resolution
To allow you to test different scenarios, if you wish to reuse your mobile device for another test user you need to delete the RSA Via app from your mobile device and reinstall it.
You will then be prompted to register your device with your account and company info.
Your device assigned to the first user will then be reassigned to the new user being registered.
