How to unlock Windows machine using password instead of passcode for RSA Authentication Agent for Windows

Issue
Resolution
- On the desktop running the RSA SecurID Authentication Agent for Microsoft Windows 7.3.3, press Start.
- In the Run box, type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
- In the Local Group Policy Editor, navigate to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Classic Administrative Templates\RSA Desktop\Local Authentication Settings.
- Enable the option to Unlock with Windows Password.
- Close the Local Group Policy Editor.
- From Start > Run, type cmd and press Enter.
- In the command prompt, type the following command then press Enter:
gpupdate /force
- Log off from the desktop and try to login again.
