In RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance the Allow Multiple Selections checkbox is disabled for the User Accounts Table in the Access Request Forms

Issue
The Allow Multiple Selections box for fields on Request Forms is disabled (i. e., greyed out) and cannot be selected. If the form is imported from a system where this setting is enabled, it may show as disabled in the target system.
Cause
Resolution
Password synchronization is enabled and disabled under the Requests menu. Select Password Management then the Settings tab. Scroll to the Modules section. Here you can change the Password Synchronization setting to on or off.
