Issue
The Allow Multiple Selections box for fields on Request Forms is disabled (i. e., greyed out) and cannot be selected.  If the form is imported from a system where this setting is enabled, it may show as disabled in the target system.

Cause
 The Allow Multiple Selections box for fields on the Requests menu is disabled if the password synchronization feature for RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance is enabled.


 
Resolution
If you wish to use Allow Multiple Selections you must first disable Password Management.
 
Password synchronization is enabled and disabled under the Requests menu.  Select Password Management then the Settings tab.  Scroll to the Modules section.  Here you can change the Password Synchronization setting to on or off.

Notes
Note that some documents incorrectly refer to the feature as Allow Multiple Selection instead of Allow Multiple Selections.
