This error may occur when checking multiple different Operating System pre-requisites and not just a single pre-requisite.

Cause
The error message comes from cluvfy, an Oracle utility, and indicates that an attempt was made to install Oracle on an unsupported Operating System. In this case, it was CentOS.

Resolution
When installing an RSA-supplied Oracle database on a customer-supplied Operating System (OS) as is the case with the Software Bundle, the database and RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle application must be installed an a supported OS as documented in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Platform Datasheet and Support Matrix for the version being installed.
