Cause
java_home/jre/lib/ext & endorsed directories
Resolution
Replace the missing files with the ones from the FIM install disk.
Copy all jars from the cdimage/TOMCAT/jre/lib/ext and endorsed directories to the java_home/jre/lib/ext & endorsed directories.
