KB-1664 Analyzing AWR Reports to troubleshoot Performance Issues

When troubleshooting ACM issues that relate to the database such as system outages or performance slowness, the Oracle AWR is one of the components which will aid in the investigation. The Oracle AWR gives many important values and information on the database, several of which will be described in the attached document. 
Resolution
The attached "Analyzing AWR Reports to troubleshoot Performance Issues.docx" explains how to do very basic analysis of an AWR report,  in conjunction with RSA Via L&G Application ASR report.   Screenshots are included to help clarify the explanation.

These reports are used  to help determine possible causes of RSA Via L&G  application performance issues, particularly 
from the Oracle  database perspective.
