This is a known behavior in the following versions:

• SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
• RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0

Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule under Roles show the Display Description and full code condition for Role Set appends with "and (All)" if no (Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule) set for the Role itself, as per the below.

This is an existing behavior as per design, Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule under Roles show the Description along with the conditions for the Role Set and appends "and (All)" if no (Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule) set for the Role itself.

Enhancement was done and using the below custom flag, Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule under Roles will show only the Description of (Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule) for Role Set  appends with (Membership Rule Or Entitlement Rule) for the Role itself if existed.

The behavior has been changed in the following versions.
