Issue
RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Office365 (PowerShell) Account Data Collector (ADC) takes a long time to complete.
Cause
This is a known issue in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0.   The Office365 collector users a default block size of 100 which does not perform well on large datasets.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions.    
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P06
  • RSA Identify Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 GA

These versions increase the default block size for the collector from 100 to 10,000.   In addition, the default block size is configurable.  The suggested value is 10000.
