Monitor Administration Events in the Cloud Administration Console
You can use the Admin Event Monitor to display a list of all activities of the Administrators, Super Administrators, Help Desk Administrators, and RSA Administrators in the Cloud Administration Console.
The Admin Event Monitor lists the events that occurred over the past seven days. You can filter the display results based on the event description or username. You can view the following information related to an event:
- Timestamp
- User
- Description
Note: In the Description column, you can view Transaction IDs for FIDO Authenticator deletion events.
Procedure
- In the Cloud Administration Console, click Users > Reports.
- Click the Admin Event Monitor tab.
- Use the Filter field to specify the filter criteria. If you leave the filter fields blank, the grid displays all the administration events for the past four hours.
Click Apply.
To generate a CSV report with events, click Generate Report.
From the drop-down list, select Number of Events.
Click Generate Report.
- Once the report is generated successfully, click Report Details to view the date, time, filters, and the requester of the generated report.
- To download the CSV file to your device, you can either click Download Report or click Download in the Report Details dialog.
