'Multi App Collector : 'Admin' privilege does not allow editing of the collector definition as expected in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
Multi App Collector Admin access is not allowing certain edits of the collector definition. For example,
  1. A user with Multi App Collector: Admin privilege edits a multiapp EDC collector (MAEDC) and moves to the Select types of entitlement data to collect page. Note the Accounts and Roles check boxes are grayed out.

  1. Uncheck the Users and Groups check boxes and move to the next page:

  1. A pop-up displays with the message:
Please select at lease one collection option

As you can see in the image above, the Account checkbox was cleared out even though it was selected on the previous page and was not deselected as it was uneditable.
Cause
This is a known defect fixed in 7.1.0 P07 and 7.1.1 P02.
 
Resolution
Apply the appropriate patch for your version.  
Workaround
We can user Account Collector: Admin access or Entitlement Collector: Admin access to edit the multiapp collectors.
