My Requests section of Overview dashboard contains incorrect totals in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle

Issue
When viewing the My Requests section of the Overview dashboard, the All Requests, Pending, and Completed options all have the same value.

In the home page, in My Requests section there is an issue.
All Requests showing as 0.
Completed requesting showing as 28463 and Pending requests showing as 28463.

But if you navigate to Requests -> Requests
All requests showing as 28463
Completed requesting showing as 27393 and Pending requests showing as 1070.

Cause
This is a bug seen after upgrade to 6.9.1 P17, 7.0.1, 7.0.2.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in 6.9.1 P23, 7.0.1 P04, 7.0.2 P02. Deploy the respective patches to have the issue resolved.
