'Number of Missing Required Entitlements' under Role Analytics is not updated after completing Change Requests that successfully add the missing access in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When a Role Missing Entitlements Rule creates change requests to add missing Role Entitlements to Role Members and the change requests are completed, the Role Analytics tab (Roles > Roles > {Role name} > Analytics tab) is not updated to reflect the change and still shows the entitlements as missing under Number of Missing Required Entitlements. When the Rule is processed again, duplicate change requests are created to add the same access already added.
 
Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-101822.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patch levels: 
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P07
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P02
Workaround
The workaround is to edit the Role and save the Role (press OK) without making any changes. This will recalculate the role metrics under the Role Analytics tab.
