ORA-06550 error when attempting to run the Data_Retention_Pkg in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When attempting to run the Data_Retention_Pkg in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 and RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 using Oracle SQL Developer,  the following error occurs: 
Error starting at line : 1 in command -
BEGIN Data_Retention_Pkg.Prune_Run_Details(SYSDATE-90); END;
Error report -
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'DATA_RETENTION_PKG.PRUNE_RUN_DETAILS' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

*Cause:    Usually a PL/SQL compilation error.
*Action:

The same error occurs in Oracle SQL*Plus: 
$ sqlplus avuser/<password>
SQL> EXECUTE Data_Retention_Pkg.Prune_Run_Details(SYSDATE-90);
BEGIN Data_Retention_Pkg.Prune_Run_Details(SYSDATE-90); END;

Cause
The Data_Retention_Pkg was deprecated in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle starting in version 7.0.2.   
Resolution
For RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions 7.0.2 and 7.1.0 and later, data purging is automatic and is configured in the user interface under the Admin > System > Data Management tab. Please see the online help section Managing Data Purging in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface for more information.
