Previewing Role changes prior to Applying those changes shows other incorrect/unrelated changes to the Role in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

EXAMPLE
In the example below, the Role Set for Role new_new_name has been modified but the change has not been committed. After selecting Apply Changes and View Changes, note that the Role Set name change does not appear which is the only change to be made. Instead other changes appear. These are typically prior changes that have already been committed.
NOTE: The change request generated is correct. It is only the View Changes button that shows incorrect information.
