The RSA MFA Agent 2.5 for Microsoft Windows is available for download from RSA Community. RSA recommends upgrading to version 2.5 of the MFA Agent at the earliest opportunity.

This release introduces the following key features:

• Passwordless authentication is supported with AM (v8.9 onwards) as a secure proxy for CAS.
• The Agent supports passwordless authentication with Authenticate OTP and SecurID OTP.
• The Agent supports offline passwordless authentication with QR Code.
• The Agent can be configured to perform proximity detection for Mobile Passkey and Biometric authentication methods (requires RSA Authenticator app on iOS or Android v4.7 or later).
