ServiceNow is a Platform-as-a-service provider, providing technical management support, such as IT service management, to the IT operations of large corporations, including providing help desk functionality. This integration with RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle, allows organisation to automatically collect access control list (ACL) data (who has access to what) and also directly provision/de-provision access too. This will also allow you to create/manage tickets between RSA IGL and ServiceNow
