2020 has been an interesting and challenging year for most of us, so we wanted to do something small, to spread some RSA G&L positivity and give something useful back to you, our customers and partners.
We have come up with the "12 Dashboards of Christmas" idea, where, over the month of December, we are going to be sharing various RSA G&L Dashboard packs, with details on how to easily implement these yourself. They are quick and easy to deploy, with everything you need to get started today. All the details have been provided, including steps and images, so you can start to get value from these within your organisation, in less than an hour!

We want these dashboards, reports and charts to be interactive, so please share images of your implementations along with your thoughts/ideas within each of the documents we are publishing! Our 7th day of Dashboards brings you a Topic based dashboard, focused on your Rules! This will help you understand how much rules you have, the types of rules and then the results of the processing from those rules
- 8 / 12 = User Summary Dashboard
The 8th dashboard is focused on users and can help to understand the trending of Joiners and Leavers but also helps to identify any action that needs to be take, for users who do not have any email or a supervisor listed.
- 9 / 12 = Review Summary Dashboard
The 9th Dashboard is all about reviews, both definitions, results and the total results from review actions. This dashboard will help to show you how much risk you are reducing from "Revoke" actions but also the distribution of review types overall.
- 10 / 12 = Change Request Summary Dashboard
The 10th Dashboard is focused on Change Request (CR) and Workflows (WF).
