RSA ID Plus Authentication Upgrade for Customer and Partner Applications - Now Live!

We are excited to announce that the RSA ID Plus authentication upgrade for customer and partner applications is now live! This enhancement improves security and streamlines the login experience for the RSA Community, myRSA, the RSA Partner Portal, and the RSA Registration Portal.

Recap of What's New

  • Stronger Security - Security questions and On-Demand Authentication (ODA) have been retired.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Users must now have a registered MFA authenticator for secure login.
    • Supported MFA Options:
      • RSA Authenticator app (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS)
      • FIDO security key
      • Windows Hello
  • Improved User Interface - The login experience has been modernized and streamlined.
  • Passwordless - Users can optionally have a passwordless experience by leveraging FIDO security key, QR Code (device-bound passkey), and/or OTP login methods.

Special Consideration for Federal Users

For users in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) who may not be able to use smartphones or laptops to complete MFA prompts, RSA offers secure authentication alternatives. Please reach out to your Account Manager for details on how to securely access RSA customer and partner applications.
