RSA would like to remind customers who are using a 7.1.x version of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle that it reached End of Primary Support (EOPS) on March 31, 2021 – please refer to the Product Version Life Cycle for RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle for additional details.

While product support calls can still be placed for issues encountered on this version after the EOPS date, the standard patch support processes will no longer be generally available.
