RSA SecurID Access Identity Router is Unexpectedly Unregistered

Issue
The IDR still responds to actions from the Cloud Administration Console (for example the IDR Test button will return results).
The IDR registration screen is unexpectedly showing the IDR as unregistered.
Cause
- An IDR console change was committed after initial IDR registration and..
- No publish or other IDR restart has been performed since the console change was made
