RSA Product/Service Type: Authentication Manager
RSA Version/Condition: 8.2 SP1
The AM 8.2 SP1 update presents the following pop-up screen upon each logon to the RSA Security Console:
The pop up is presented to the Security Console administrators to highlight the RSA Authentication Manager's integration with RSA SecurID Access thus allowing new features like multi-factor authentication, authentication based on biometrics, and so.
More details on RSA SecurID Access can be located at:
1. The pop up will continue to appear each time the Security Console logs on to the Security Console, unless disabled explicitly as follows:
2. Post the above action, the pop up shall be disabled only for the corresponding Security Console administrator. Nevertheless, the pop up shall continue to display for other administrators, unless they explicitly disable that too.
3. Although the pop up is disabled as highlighted in the screenshot above, it is expected to re-appear upon each patch upgrade on the AM 8.2 SP1 server and will have to be explicitly disabled again.
