Issue
The Fulfillment Workflow option "Create a job per group, grouping by user" creates a single job for processing all users instead of one request per user. 

In the UI go to: Requests -> Workflows -> Fulfillment tab -> Default AFX Fulfillment -> Edit Properties

Cause
The product incorrectly only processes the request for the first user in the list. 
Resolution
This issue has been fixed in RSA Aveksa 6.9.1 P08 (Patch 8).
