Issue
There are occasions when some WTD transactions do not have the details in the forensics interface.  
After some investigation it was found that the timestamps for these particular transactions are several seconds before the top of the hour. 
Cause
There was an issue, discovered in the code, which causes some transactions at the top of the hour to be put into the wrong hourly log file (shard).
Resolution
Engineering has recognized the need for a code fix. This is scheduled for inclusion in WTD version 6.2.
