RSA announces the release of RSA Authentication Agent 1.0.1 for Microsoft AD FS. This release adds support for sending UPN (User Principal Name) name types in addition to Windows user names and SAM (Security Account Manager)-formatted user names that have long been supported. A UPN is an Internet-style name based on Internet standard RFC 822 and follows the format of an email name such as UserName@Example.Myco.com.
