Issue
This article outlines how a user can reset the PIN from the Self-Service Console without contacting the administrator to clear the forgotten PIN.
 
Tasks
The administrator with the super admin role needs to setup the following on Authentication Manager primary server:
  1. From the Security Console, click Setup > Self-Service Settings.
  2. On the Settings page, under Customization, click Enable or Disable Self-Service Features.
  3. Under Set Display Options for Troubleshooting, select Display I forgot my PIN option.

  1. Click Save.
Resolution
Users can login to the Self-Service Console using their password and reset their PIN.
  1. Login to the Self-Service Console.
  2. Click on Troubleshoot.

  1. When prompted, create and confirm the new PIN then click OK.

  1. Test the token and new PIN by entering your user name and passcode then click Test.
