Running script to determine if hardware appliance can successfully upgrade to Authentication Manager 8.7 SP1

Issue
Release notes for Authentication Manager 8.7 SP1 state that any hardware appliance can be upgraded to SP1, but the upgrade only works on the following hardware appliances:
- Dell 13th Gen Servers Dell PowerEdge R230, R630
- Dell 14th Gen Servers Dell PowerEdge R240, R640
- Dell 15th Gen Servers Dell PowerEdge R250 (Authentication Manager 8.7 SP1 onwards)
The following hardware appliances are no longer supported:
- Intel Kylin
- Intel Sika
- Dell R210
- Dell R710
Tasks
- Download am87sp1_hw_check11.sh from this article.
- Using WinSCP or another file transfer app, copy the script to /home/rsaadmin on your Authentication Manager primary.
- Elevate to root:
sudo su -
- Change file permissions to 755:
chmod 755 am87sp1_hw_check11.sh
- Run the script:
./am87sp1_hw_check11.sh
- As different appliances within the deployment can be different models, and therefore provide different results, copy the script to all replicas in your deployment and run steps 3 through 5 on each replica.
Resolution
The following form factors will show as being compatible with Authentication Manager 8.7 SP1 and output will be in green:
- Dell PowerEdge R230
- Dell PowerEdge R240
- Dell PowerEdge R250
- Dell PowerEdge R630
- Dell PowerEdge R640
- Dell PowerEdge R210
- Dell PowerEdge R710
- S1200BTL
- S2600G
