Technical Roles missing in Suggested Entitlements when using filters in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
Upon navigating to the Roles page, the Discover Roles function ignores Technical Roles under Suggested Entitlement Matching. This occurs if any filters, such as Business Source Name, Ent Type, etc., were used, or if a setting similar to the one below is selected. Upon navigating to the next pages, any 'Technical Roles' will be ignored in the suggested entitlements.
Global Roles from the same Role Set will be suggested.
Cause
Technical Roles were missing from the Suggested Entitlements Matching option because the GUI display logic was restricted to a Global Role condition only.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions:
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P07
Workaround
Removing the Suggested Entitlement Matching filter will show both Technical & Global Roles as per the screenshot below:
