Issue
In the following example, requests created through roles are processed using the Delegation only workflow as defined in the user interface by navigating to Requests > Workflows > Overview.
The Delegation only workflow has the following settings disabled:
- Edit Allowed After Submission
- Cancel Allowed After Submission
- Allow Cancel in FulfillmentPhase
Navigate to Requests > Workflows > Request tab > {Delegation only} > right-hand side under REQUEST SETTINGS to define these settings.
When a change request is generated that makes changes to a role, note that the Edit and Cancel buttons are still enabled.
Cause
Resolution
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0
Once the fix version has been applied, the Edit and Cancel buttons are visible but grayed out and therefore disabled.
