Issue
- All RSA Authentication Manager services are listed as running.
- An administrator has generated Generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for the Web Tier and has successfully imported a Signed Virtual Host Certificate.
- Attempting to Activate a Virtual Host Certificate fails with the following error:
Authentication Manager is unable to activate your selected certificate at this time. Ensure that all Authentication Manager services are started, and try again.
Resolution
Rebooting the RSA Authentication Manager server would resolve the error and allow an administrator to activate the certificate successfully.
