Issue
Unexpected error from ACE/Agent API
The Authentication Manager activity monitor reports:
Authentication method failed.
Cause
Resolution
- Create a file called sdopts.rec inside the /var/ace directory.
- Enter a line as follows, replacing x.x.x.x with the IP address that is used in the Authentication Manager agent entry.
CLIENT_IP=x.x.x.x
For example,
CLIENT_IP=192.168.1.1
