Windows desktop machine does not display last logged in user ID with RSA Authentication Agent 7.x for Microsoft Windows

Cause
Resolution
- On the desktop running the RSA Authentication Agent 7.x for Microsoft Windows press Start > Run.
- Type regedit.exe and press Enter.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft \Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies \System.
- Ensure that the value of DontDisplayLastUserName is set to 0.
- Open a command prompt on the machine.
- In the command window type gpupdate /force and press Enter.
- Log off from the desktop and try to login again.
