Issue
LDAP sync job cannot delete RSA ACE/Server user marked for deletion
Error in LDAP - extended verbose log is: ERROR: Database error occurred during delete user processing
Cause
The user targeted to be deleted is a designated administrator in ACE/Server
Resolution
To correct this issue, edit the user, Administrative Role, and unassign the Administrative role. Another option is to simply delete the user using the ACE Database Administration tool.
