Cause
No plug-in to support SMAP/MMAP is available
Resolution
Details about Short Message Application Protocol (SMAP) and Mobile Message Application Protocol (MMAP) are available from http://smsforum.net, explaining how it differs from the more widely known SMPP. SMAP is an XML-based protocol rather than a binary protocol.

A non-standard option for support of SMAP has been produced by RSA Security Professional Services and is available upon request.
