Resolution
The file client.pdf found on the ACE/Agent CD \aceclnt\nt_i386\client.pdf; is not a customer documentation file.
This file uses the extension .pdf but in fact is not an Adobe Acrobat document file. The file is the splash screen artwork for use with the ACE/Agent installation.
