Issue

Problem importing certificates onto RSA SID800 Authenticators using RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU)
SCApp.exe error
Have no problem importing certificate into Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. When tried with the RAU (this was done on multiple workstations), it crashes with a SCApp.exe error.

Cause

Certificate attribute "Authority Information Access" not being handled properly by RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) client

Resolution

To correct this issue, contact RSA Security Customer Support to obtain an updated build of RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) client.
