Issue
The Microsoft Windows Event Logs show 2 errors each time the machine is rebooted (the RSA Federated Identity Manager (FIM) 2.5 Admin and Managed Server services are configured to start up automatically):
1. The RSA FIM Admin Server service hung on starting
2. The RSA FIM Managed Server service depends on the RSA FIM Admin Server service failed to start because of the error "After starting, the service hung in a start pending state"
