Issue
RSA Certificate Manager 6.6 fails to restart after re-signing System CA
"SSL key passphrase for Administration Server" pop-window keeps prompting for passphrase even if correct passphrase was already entered
Cannot log in to RSA Certificate Manager Administration Console
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in a hot fix for RSA Certificate Manager 6.6. Contact RSA Security Customer Support to request RSA Certificate Manager 6.6 Build 301, or download it from RSA SecurCare Online.
Workaround
Extending the validity period of the System CA and Administrative CA by re-signing System CA and Administrative CA. To complete the re-signing of the CA, the "RSA Certificate Manager Administration Server" must be restarted.
